Task Description

You are asked to produce a 5,000-word critical essay, presented in the
form of a reflective learning journal. The essay should critically engage
with the key themes, debates, and readings of the module, while also
demonstrating how your own understanding of ‘the humanities’ has
developed across the semester. The work should not be a simple diary.
Instead, it should be a critically framed reflection: a curated selection of
your weekly notes, observations, and insights, shaped into a coherent essay
that combines personal engagement with scholarly analysis

7.1 Critically explore and evaluate published and emergent literature in relation to your own research area and the value of this to your chosen field and specific research.

7.2 Identify, explore, and interpret research methodologies as they apply generally to the Humanities and specifically to your project.
